Alice, the co-founder of Rehla Box, is a qualified early years educator with a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education and over 12 years of experience working with young children in both the UK and the UAE.

Her career has included a variety of roles across early years settings, including nurseries, as well as working in family homes as a nanny and private tutor. This has given her a well-rounded and practical understanding of how young children grow, learn, and thrive in different environments.

Alice is passionate about the importance of the early years and believes that play is at the heart of how young children learn best. She is dedicated to providing fun, meaningful learning opportunities that are tailored to each child’s needs and interests, helping them build confidence, independence, and curiosity in a supportive setting.

With a strong belief in hands-on, play-based experiences, Alice creates environments where children can explore, imagine, discover and learn at their own pace. She is committed to supporting both children and families to ensure children feel safe, happy, and excited to learn.

Megan is a qualified international educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Education and over 18 years of experience, including more than a decade teaching in the Middle East.

Her career has spanned diverse international settings, multiple curricula and a range of year levels, enriching her understanding of how children learn across different ages and contexts.

Megan is committed to creating learning environments that support academic growth while nurturing a strong sense of belonging. She aims to foster curiosity, creativity and a love of learning by encouraging students to explore ideas, ask questions and build confidence through reflective thinking.

She believes it is just as important to cultivate kindness and self-belief as it is to teach academic skills.

Aliyah is an Early Years and primary education specialist with 20 years of Australian and international experience across multiple curricula, nine of which she has spent teaching and leading in the Middle East.

Her diverse career has included roles as a classroom teacher, educational leader,
teaching and learning coach, curriculum designer, and nursery & kindergarten director.

Aliyah holds a Bachelor of Education and a Master’s in Education, and her practice is
grounded in a firm belief that parents are co-educators. She actively seeks to link learning at school/nursery with learning in the home environment. Aliyah champions the idea that every child is unique and capable, designing activities, play experiences, and conversations that reflect and celebrate each learner’s strengths and interests.

She is committed to nurturing both academic growth and social-emotional confidence, ensuring that kindness, curiosity, and self-belief grow alongside essential skills.
